How much notice

The notice depends on the quantity. The larger the order, the earlier it should be placed, so the kitchen has enough fresh ingredients and is not caught out at the last minute.

Up to a few dozen portions

For roughly 10 to 30 portions for a small gathering or a group handing out food, a few hours' notice on the day is enough. The shops are open 24 hours, so a night or an early-morning delivery is possible — just tell us in advance so the delivery can be scheduled for the right time.

From dozens to hundreds of portions

For a large ceremony at a temple, a charity meal programme, or a big company event, order at least a day ahead. For larger quantities still, or where delivery has to hit one fixed window — the morning offering, for instance — say so when ordering, and we will arrange the kitchen and the delivery around it.

You can keep it simple with a single item — 100 portions of Chả Lát Chay, say — or mix several so that people have a choice. The arithmetic is straightforward: quantity times unit price for each item, added together. Drinks are added at the price per glass. We will give you a clear total before the order is confirmed, with nothing added afterwards.

Orders from 500,000d are delivered free within 5km of whichever shop is nearest the delivery address. If the temple or the distribution point is further than 5km, or the order is under 500,000d, call the hotline: we will check the distance from the nearest shop and quote the delivery charge before you order, so there are no surprises when it arrives.

• How many of each loaf, and whether drinks are included.
• The time it has to arrive — particularly if the ceremony runs to a fixed hour.
• The exact address, and whether somebody will be there to receive it or we should call ahead.

The more specific you are, the fewer mistakes at delivery — which matters most at a busy ceremony running to a tight schedule.

Yes — 100 portions of Chả Lát Chay or 100 of Đậu Hũ Cay is perfectly fine. If you would rather people had a choice, mix several in one order and we will price each type and total them.
