Banh Mi XANH is more than a sandwich brand. "Xanh" is the Vietnamese word for both green and blue, and it carries our message: people and nature, nourishment and health, wrapped inside every loaf.

What we make

Vegan banh mi to our own recipes: tofu, grain-based cold cuts, herbs picked the same day, sauces mixed in house. Natural ingredients, no preservatives. No meat, no egg, no dairy — and still the Saigon banh mi you know.

Why we never close

People who eat plant-based do not only eat during office hours. Some finish a shift at two in the morning, some rise early for a full-moon temple visit, some are simply hungry at midnight. All five shops stay open around the clock, Sundays and holidays included.
